About Me.
Hannah Robinson; she/her
My main goal as a dietitian is to help others by sharing my knowledge and love of nutrition. Working with both inpatient and outpatient settings, I have been fortunate enough to have a career that has allowed me to see a variety of disease states. Through my 7 years of outpatient experience, I have fine-tuned my focus areas towards disease prevention, gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune conditions, sports nutrition and intuitive eating.
Autoimmune diseases and gastrointestinal health are a main interest of mine. It can be incredibly impactful to build a healthy gut to help with disease prevention and overall well being. At times navigating these issues can be incredibly overwhelming, I take the time to work through identifying the puzzle pieces to help you get back on track and feeling like yourself again.
Intuitive eating is another professional passion of mine. There have been countless times I have seen patients come in with diet culture exhaustion, uncertain whether improving their relationship with food and body is possible. I have found that walking patients through intuitive eating while also using motivational interviewing techniques has been productive in breaking diet mentality patterns. Health at Every Size is something I value and stand for personally and professionally.

Credentials.

As a former collegiate runner, I witnessed poor eating habits that negatively impacted my teammates and their results. My experience in this area has led me towards helping patients discover healthy eating patterns that will provide the strength necessary to sustain an active lifestyle.
As for things that I love outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors… trail running, mountain running, rock climbing, backpacking and cross-country skiing. My dog joins me on many of these adventures. If I am not on the trails, you might find me going out enjoying live music, listening to a podcast or reading a new book.
I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you and meet you wherever you are at on your life journey. I will be there to listen, educate and encourage you.
